About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a motivated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school, where you'll play a key role in helping pupils make a successful transition into Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress, using assessment data to inform planning and support individual achievement.
- Foster pupils' confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning through high-quality teaching and effective classroom management.
- Promote positive behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, year group colleagues, and the wider school team to deliver an outstanding learning experience.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
