Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is currently looking for graduate teaching assistants for a client school based in the Crawley area. This is a great opportunity for graduate teaching assistants who are looking to gain further experience within schools or are working towards securing a place on a teacher training course.

• Full-time and part-time graduate teaching positions available
• Ideal opportunity for graduate teaching assistants who are aspiring to become a teacher and are looking to complete a teacher training course.
• Earn between £84-£100 per day whilst gaining experience
• Immediate/September start date

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within an 11-16 school where all staff share the head teacher’s determination to make the school the best it can be. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic in their approach to teaching and learning and comfortable working with students of all backgrounds and abilities.

Graduate Teaching Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Support pupils who struggle to engage within lessons and require additional support within their studies.
• Provide KS3 and GCSE tuition sessions across a range of subjects including Maths, English, Science, and Humanities
• Lead small classes and deliver pre-set revision resources.
• Track and monitor the progress made by pupils within sessions and feedback to senior management.
