We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in the Hyde area from September 2026.

⭐ The Role
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

You will:

✔ Support students on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
✔ Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
✔ Provide pastoral and emotional support to students
✔ Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
✔ Support pupils with additional learning needs and SEN
✔ Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

✔ Experience working with children or young people
✔ A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A genuine passion for education and student wellbeing
✔ School, youth work, coaching, care, or support experience (desirable)
