I'm currently recruiting Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and Behaviour Mentors for a range of specialist SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex.
Every school is different, but they all share the same goal: helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Experience is welcomed but not essential. Many successful SEND educators come from backgrounds in education, care, youth work, coaching and mentoring.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
