I'm currently recruiting Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and Behaviour Mentors for a range of specialist SEND and SEMH schools across East Sussex.

Every school is different, but they all share the same goal: helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.

Depending on the setting, you could be:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Helping children regulate emotions and develop confidence
• Encouraging engagement with learning
• Supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, communication needs and additional learning needs
• Working alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams

No two days are ever the same, which is one of the reasons so many educators fall in love with SEND.

Experience is welcomed but not essential. Many successful SEND educators come from backgrounds in education, care, youth work, coaching and mentoring.
