Do you have experience of supporting challenging behavioural needs?

Are you interested in becoming a flexible 1 to 1 support to children outside of mainstream schools?

At TP Tutors we have an exciting opportunity to help young children in the Dorset area with behavioural support. We are looking for 1:1 tutors to help assist children / young people with behaviour support and de-escalating challenging behaviour.

This tutor role involves:

  • Plan, create and teach engaging sessions based around the child’s needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects.
  • Working with children with potentially challenging behavioural needs and using different strategies to ensure their needs are met.
  • Track progress and plan next steps in learning.
  • Inspire children to achieve and keep them engaged ensuring they can access the learning.
