  • Provide one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of a relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role

  • Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Knowledge of relevant educational policies and procedures
  • SEN-specific training or certification
  • Experience working with a diverse range of learning needs

This role involves working with students in an educational setting, following school hours and term times. It may require occasional individualised support sessions outside regular school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
