  • Provide tailored support and guidance to SEN (Special Educational Needs) pupils
  • Develop and implement individualised educational plans for each student
  • Utilise a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education
  • Experience working with SEN pupils
  • Proven track record as an experienced tutor
  • Strong understanding of SEN educational strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

At least 2 years of experience working with SEN pupils

  • Knowledge of SEN teaching methods and techniques
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging educational content
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a school or educational setting

The role requires working part-time hours, usually in a school or educational institution setting. The tutor may need to travel to different locations within Surrey to provide support to students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
