Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference? We are working with specialist provisions and schools across the Totton area seeking dedicated teachers to support pupils with complex special educational needs.

Position: SEN Teacher – Complex Needs (Full-time or Part-time)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum (MPS/UPS)
We are seeking skilled SEN Teachers to work with pupils who have a range of complex needs, including severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism, physical disabilities, and complex communication needs.
You will deliver personalised learning programmes, support students' academic and personal development, and create a positive, nurturing environment that enables every pupil to reach their full potential.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Support pupils with complex learning, communication, and sensory needs
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families
Contribute to EHCP targets and monitor student progress
Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for all learners
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service – essential
Experience working with complex SEN needs is highly desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
