Teaching Personnel Permenent Workforce are working alongside an SEMH Independant School who are seeking a dynamic individual to join our supportive and nurturing team, working together to achieve the very best outcomes for its pupils and help make a real difference to their lives. 


Role and responsibilities:  

  • Motivate pupils through enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and other professionals to ensure a high standard of education
  • Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing regular feedback to pupils, parents and colleagues
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote pupil engagement and learning
  • Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment for all pupils
  • Ensure all school policies and procedures are adhered to in line with the school values 


Requirements before applying to the role: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
  • Successful SEN teaching experience
  • A good knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to the success of every student

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
