The Role - Bedford

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, nurture-based lessons to small groups and on a 1:1 basis
  • Support pupils with SEMH needs, focusing on emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Apply trauma-informed and attachment-aware approaches consistently
  • Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes aligned with EHCP outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams, therapists, and external professionals
  • Create a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
