Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across the Launceston area.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in the classroom with their learning and development
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Support children with varying learning needs and abilities
• Encourage pupil confidence, engagement, and independence

• Have experience working with children or young people
• Are patient, caring, and enthusiastic
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Are adaptable and willing to support across different year groups
• Are passionate about helping children reach their full potential
