Graduate Learning Support Assistant for SEMH Pupil Referral Unit
Location: Eccles
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting young people facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges? If so, we invite you to join our team at Teaching Personnel as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant.
The setting is a dedicated and inclusive alternative provision for students between 11 and 16 facing significant social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). Students within this provision have diverse backgrounds, many with experience within the care system. A trauma informed approach is essential.
The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with experienced educators and support staff to provide essential support and guidance to students with SEMH needs such as 1:1 and small group interventions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rewarding educational environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
