Teaching Personnel - Manchester South Secondary School branch is seeking an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a QTS in any subject and a PGCE degree. The successful candidate must possess strong behaviour management skills, the ability to adapt to a new environment, and be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons. Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess and monitor student progress
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in any subject
  • PGCE degree

Education:

QTS in any subject, PGCE degree

Experience:

Previous experience in a teaching role preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments
  • Excellent lesson planning and delivery skills

Working Conditions:

This role is based in a secondary school setting in Trafford, Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will be expected to work full-time hours on a contract basis. The salary range is £125 - £153 per day depending on level or responabilities.
