Supply Teachers

Location: West Sussex – Crawley, East Grinstead, Horsham & Haywards Heath Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

• Delivering engaging lessons in primary and/or secondary schools

• Creating positive, inclusive learning environments

• Adapting quickly to different classrooms, subjects, and age groups

• Supporting pupil progress and maintaining strong behaviour standards

• Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience in primary, secondary, or both

• Confident classroom management and adaptable teaching skills

• Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work across different schools

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently
