We’re looking for enthusiastic KS1 teachers to join our supply team across East Grinstead and the surrounding areas. Each day brings a new classroom, new pupils and fresh challenges — ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to keep their practice vibrant.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering engaging lessons across KS1 (Years 1–2)
Creating warm, positive and inclusive learning environments
Supporting early literacy, phonics, numeracy and social development
Adapting quickly to different schools, routines and class needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupil wellbeing
Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies
What We’re Looking For
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching KS1 in primary settings
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and phonics frameworks
A nurturing, patient and creative approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Someone reliable, adaptable and confident in new environments
